ABOUT

Pylon Pictures was formed in 2008 by Keiran Flynn, Amanda Hennessy and Len Horsey

Keiran Flynn

Keiran Flynn is a filmmaker, writer, musician and photographer. He is self taught, having developed his skills making short films with equipment he built himself including camera cranes, lighting rigs and dollys. Using the photographic skills passed on to him by his Grandfather, he has learned to compose images and scenes with an original eye and honed skill, which led to his move towards writing and directing films in 2004. His film influences come from Akira Kurosawa, Stanley Kubrick, Peter Jackson and Orson Welles to name a few.

Amanda Hennessy

Amanda Hennessy is an actress, writer and theatre producer. She has appeared in several popular British TV series (The Street, The Royal, Emmerdale). She is a co-founder and director of the 24:7 Theatre Festival. She divides her time between writing for stage and screen and producing film projects at Pylon.

Len Horsey

Len Horsey is an artist, musician, and writer. Well known in the art world for his wooden-underpanted alter ego Norman Clayture; Len has used the medium of film on many creative projects over the past twenty years.
